Ingredients:
GF Flour Blend (Rice and Tapioca Flours, Potato and Corn Starches), Sugar, Brown Sugar, Oats, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Kitchen Tips:
Cut the 5 tablespoons of butter up into pieces to allow it to soften faster. Butter should be cool, but softish to the touch. Use a stand up mixer if you have one, mixing my hand is tough and takes a while. Mix until a solid dough forms.
