Kitchen Tips:
Often times, decreasing the amount of butter/oil in a recipe you're using can work wonders with our gluten free flour. We also highly recommend using xanthan gum! For bread use 1 tsp of xanthan for every cup of flour. For cakes, cookies, and muffins use ½ tsp of xanthan for every cup of flour.
